Yes, there is an agreement, flexible terms, however typically we arrange month to month agreements for our customers. A one month discount is available for those who pay annually.

We require at minimum 30 days notice.

Yes, We offer 29 of the 119 as heated units (in floor heating)

24/7 access is permitted but we encourage clients to access their unit between hours of 6:00am and 11:00pm.

Yes, We have exterior lighting and are across the street from the police station.
